Alex brings more than 30 years of experience in executive search and talent intelligence, spanning leadership succession, competitor intelligence, executive search and talent benchmarking.
Before founding Venteja, Alex served as a Director at Wilbury Stratton, advising organisations on complex leadership and talent challenges across sectors and international markets.
His experience working at the intersection of executive search, market intelligence and succession planning led to the creation of Venteja, an AI-native platform built to help executive search firms and talent teams identify, qualify, engage and manage leadership talent with greater speed, precision and market insight.
Today, Alex leads Venteja with a focus on combining agentic AI with human judgement, helping talent professionals reduce manual research, strengthen talent pipelines and make better-informed decisions about the leaders who shape their organisations.
